The Lion King will always be my favourite Disney Movie, and number one on my list. Including numbers 2-5, and possibly all the way to 10.

Aladdin is slowly fighting for that place, but The Lion King wants that as well. Muahah!

There's a point to where you really love a movie, and then there's undying obsession... I think I require medical treatment.

There have been contacts from friends of mine whom have mentioned to me about spiritual links between The Lion King, my furry alter-ego, and 400 years into the past! O_O;; I wonder what that could be about...

Whoa !! Sounds deep. lol just thought I'd dig up a convo from ages ago heh . Yeah TLK will always be top of the list for me, its all I need, there are no 1-5's etc for me...I'll just stick with TLK as my all time favorite animated movie. The Sequals were no where near as good as the first movie, but I guess I can live with them.

Here is the big Truth:
there are a lot of movies around the world )))))
However, there are some sequels. Why do these people continue to make so many continuations? Are there no more ideas for movies? NO!
So, sequels are made from time to time just to remind the popcorn-machine to watch the FIRST movie, for it has been a masterpiece - like TLK, Harry-Potter, LOTR...

Yeah I agree , looking at the line up of movies coming out of Hollywood in the next few years, a vast majority of them are either sequals or games being adapted into movies, there seems to me no original material at all. So sadly it really does seem that people are running out of original, unique ideas for movies.
