anybody wonder about my SN??? Borah...
I'll tell you about why I carry that name...
Back during world war 1, and after the war, William Borah was a U.S. Senator representing Idaho... He was a lawyer in Boise, which is where I live now. Anyways, His nickname was Lion or the lion of Idaho...
A high school was given his name and the mascot is lion like his nickname..
So, I attend Borah High School, and am a proud Borah Lion lol...
and that fits my TLK background
Thought I'd share...
well, I think that anyone who studied world war 1, and after should know this dude... he was a big man in Boise, ID... when he died in 1940, people from all over the place flooded Boise.. I mean flooded.. there were all sorts of people... senators, governors, famous, and popular people...
well, I'm proud to carry that name...

Well, "Mieko" is simply a modification from my real name...
When I watched TLK the first time since years - that has been three years ago, or so - I wanted to create a new name, like the names of the lions/esses in the film...it had to be something exotic, a name that really sounds like coming from the deep, deep savannah...
And finally I came to Mieko which sounded great for me! And so...my general nickname is Mieko, since this time
(And half a year ago or so my brother offered to me that in Japan "Mieko" is an old name for women...*hrrumphing*)
Well, is this our new talk-about-everything-chatting thread?
(My name tells a long story, Clara, yeah...many things happened in those `few` years )
