Hello Mieko!
Модератор: The Sonic God
Yeah, Pavel also does it
First sentence absolutely correct, the first sentence one has to know in a new language. Ich bin Mieko. I - am - Mieko. Ego - Mieko - sum.
Second sentence: Awww...nearly correct, is has to be "Ich bin sechzehn JahrE alt" (not "sechzehn Jahren")
amazing you know the number, sixteen
JahreN is used more in the...argh! Please don't let us speak about german grammatic, I even not know it well
*clapping and applauding* Was very good.
Last sentence: "I think Mieko is so incredible" = "Ich - denke - Mieko - ist - so - unglaublich"
(But "think" in this sentence more means something like "Ich - finde [where "finde" stands also for "I have the opinion that"])
Confused? And now you are allowed to take revenge on me using your first language

Uh, I would like to learn German, but I think it would be a hard work, and I must have learnt it many years ago...
My boyfriend was in Germany a few months ago and he told me that is a wonderful country : , very beautiful.
But I´ve read some German Grammar and I´ve seen very difficult things about the gender of words: it´s something that you learn in time, there´s no rules, I´ve read...

Yeah, especially Austria is the more beautifully Germany *hrrumphing*
No rules!? No rules? Oh, we've got rules...do you mean with this that the sentence construction could be like one likes?
Es ist nicht... Lassen Sie uns Englisch sprechen - es ist ein englisches sprechendes Forum, das Sie wissen!
= It is not...let us speaking English - it is an english speaking forum, that you are knowing!?
Really funny, dude! Hrhr. No, nearly correct Germany! *applauding*
I also find other languages interesting...Clara, in Spain 'Castilian' is spoken, isn't it? Heard on the TLK DVD
If you want I can help you learning Germany a bit, so that you can ask for the way if you both ever should be in Germany or Austria again...you're always welcome if you visit me

Oh, I would visit you enchanted!!
Well, I have not start with the first leasson... I was thinking to go to a class but now I´m very busy... Time to time!!
How lucky with your DVD!! The SP TLK DVD that we have in Spain has only Original and Castilian version... That´s a pity.
Thanks a lot for your kindness!

Say something extremely difficult in Spanish (Castilian) whatever it is - something like: "Interplanetary transport vehicles are complex compounds of crystal and floral design types, constructed according to time vector potentialities in an expanded time scale utilizing the restored electromagnetic flux tubes as the pathways for travel. Experiments to be conducted during Timeship Earth 2013 initial navigation phase, AD 2000-2013." )))
It's a pleasure for me
"Do you speak English?" = "Sprichst du Englisch?"
I would have opened you my door immidiately too
Like I said, if you want I could give you lessons
But, don't worry...I also have only one version. I think I only can watch the film in German - I can activate undertitels in six languages, but film's always in German. And...I spoke about the feature on DVD 2, "TLK in different languages" where even Zulu is shown!
Check out DVD 2, must be found below "Europe"
I also think that it's a pity...would like to hear the portugese and castilian version of TLK!
Thanks a lot for your kindness! It's also a pleasure, M'am
And...yeah, please show us something of you nice language, Clara! And, in German this long sentence should be:
"..." Oh, come on...tomorrow I'll try to translate it..

Hahaha, I´m dying with the long paragraph of Shadowfox...
"Los medios de transporte interplanetarios están compuestos..." (no, please, I can´t with this...)
Something in Spanish? Sure? A piece of a poem: "Retrato (portrait) " of Antonio Machado.
"Mi infancia son recuerdos de un patio de Sevilla y un huerto claro donde madura el limonero.
Mi juventud, veinte años en tierras de Castilla; mi historia, algunos casos que recordar no quiero".
It´s something like:
"My childhood are memories of a courtyard of Sevilla and a clear orchard where the lemon tree ripens.
My youth: twenty years in lands of Castilia; my history: some cases that I don´t want to remember"
It´s funny trying to translate this kind of things, hahaha... I´m like a child

Sounds - really - interesting! I love the Italiano-Castilian-Portugese-languages, all sounding similiar - and nice!
I love these languages, so different from German...but...one of the most interesting languages of the world, for me.
The good fact is - I don't understand it, but I - I guess so - am able to say the words right. Mi inf...
Something German:
From Goethe - "Zauberlehrling", I guess it is well-known in many parts of the world in an other name...
Hat der alte Hexenmeister
sich doch einmal wegbegeben!
Und nun sollen seine Geister
auch nach meinem Willen leben.
Seine Wort und Werke
merkt ich und den Brauch,
und mit Geistesstärke
tu ich Wunder auch.
Walle! walle
Manche Strecke,
daß, zum Zwecke,
Wasser fließe
und mit reichem, vollem Schwalle
zu dem Bade sich ergieße.
Und nun komm, du alter Besen!
Nimm die schlechten Lumpenhüllen;
bist schon lange Knecht gewesen:
nun erfülle meinen Willen!
Auf zwei Beinen stehe,
oben sei ein Kopf,
eile nun und gehe
mit dem Wassertopf!
Walle! walle
manche Strecke,
daß, zum Zwecke,
Wasser fließe
und mit reichem, vollem Schwalle
zu dem Bade sich ergieße.
Why I write this poem? Because I really like the Refrain...
"Walle, walle! Manche Strecke...dass zum Zwecke...Wasser fließe! Und mit reichem vollem Schwalle zu dem Bade sich ergieße!"
(Also translated tomorrow!)

So many years have passed since first you sought
the lands beyond the edges of the sky,
so many moons reflected in your eye,
(familiar newness, fear of leaving port),
since first you sought, and failed, and learned to fall,
(first hope, then cynicism, silent dread,
the countless stars, still counting overhead
the seconds to your final voyage of all...)
and last, in glory gold and red around
your greatest search, your final quest to know!
yet... ashes drift, the embers cease to glow,
and darkened life in frozen death is drowned;
and ashes on the swell are seen no more.
The silence surges. Error 404.
