Many people (for example, american soldiers) choose the Republican party because of tradition.
We also always elect the same politicians again although we know them. We just can choose between different stupid politicians, not always the same stupid one.

I believe in the USA having always the opportunity between two president candidates who are excactly the same. Stupid, weird, no good leaders.

They are just politicians, but politicians of Austria or Danmark and so on have not so much force.
