What can we do to make this place more interesting?

As I have suggested it months ago, this forum could get an RPG part. English RPG, role play! Maybe this would be interesting. Not great stories and so on, just little nice posting when thinking of to be a lion in the Pride Lands. Included - for sure - an "RP introdution" for newbies, for rookies.

And the second suggestion - to do publicity work! At google, at furry sites maybe, the friends...

The third suggestion, in relation to the first two: To advance this lion king forum with the same themes always and always, again and again, more to an "international new friends meeting" forum. The best experience I made with this forum hasn't been to see great pictures about TLK - it has been to meet people like Clara, Shadow, Sonic, those people, I mean.

What do ya think about it? And how has my English been improved?

To be honest, you speak English better than most Americans.

And I shall send a PM to Sarafina, seeing if she would allow an English RPG section here. However, I will not contribute to the RPG section, just read it.

Yes,... I know what you're talking about.. The whole configuration is different. I've been there. It took me about two days to get used to the russian configuration.

I say that we need to put us out there.
There are lots of Lion King sites and we could use all of their help.
A nice Link banner isn't much to ask for.

Another thing is that we don't thread spam with treaeds that are totaly unnesseary. Ex. "Check this out! New dolls of som kind"
I mean WTF?! that's just messing up the forum.
There is a dedicated thread for that kinda stuff.
I mean when i visit a new forum and i see spam i leave because there's disturbing.

And maybe make it more neutral i DON'T mean leaving the TLK-theme no.
I mean making it more legit to talk about other things to... within limitations thou.

I've already told some people I know about the forum, but most people here (is it similar to your places?) think of TLK being "childish", "freaky", "stupid" and laugh at people who like it. Even I don't tell everybody I like TLK a lot, because many people would laugh at me without a real sense, and would treat me worse after they got to know this "secret" - just because of this -> worse!

And some people who'd probably like it didn't already tried the forum...

Well, right off the bat, this place isn't a focal-point for English-speaking members, because they load the webpage and see the cyrillic text, and they're like "What the... I'll go somewhere else." Some people's computers can't even process cyrillic like mine can. All they see are large strings of squares or question marks. That makes this place look even less attractive.

I'm with Mieko... Today, people are out of my world (or me out of theirs)... I just don't talk about it anywhere... It isn't very popular.

There's our alphabet - German, English, Italienish - the "roman alphabet", I bet, no?

And there's cyrillic - different letters, Russish, for example.
I as german speaking dude don't know cyrillic letters, for example.

Today it's like every time: People haven't already learned to accept other thinkings. In the middle ages people who didn't believe in the church were hunted, and today people who like "disgusting" things are laughed.

Erm...you'll know what I meant...
One just doesn't really can talk about TLK with most other people - they just see it as childish nonsense.
