I decided to work on shading and copying what I see so I did this from the anatomy pdf file.

Are there any good techniques for shading? I did this using a dark grey brush with pressure opacity. Then colored it with a red overlay and multiply.

This is not bad. May be you'll have more interesting result if you paint with color first and then add shadow and light with the layers of different colors (blue-gray, dark red etc).

I went to an art museum with my friends and there was paper and pencil! I've been wanting to draw this pose for a while now and that face x) I think she's cute. I also drew.scootaloo jumping off a diving board into a pool but that needs color so I might finish that one. Hope you guys like it!

Even if that is just a copy from a photograph, it's still a huge step up from your previous drawings. Looks amazing.
