Now AIBOs were impressive, especially back then. Too bad the series got axed.

I wonder how hard would it be to build an AIBO-like creature though. Not necessarily four-legged, hust with sufficiently interesting and unpredictable behavior. I also wonder if anyone else actually tried that... Both hardware and software have gone a long way since 2005 after all, so it shouldn't be all that hard.
