Most Europeans measure the temperature in centigrade or celcius.

-40°C = -40°F Equal
0°C = 32°F Freezing
20°C = 68°F Room Temperature
37°C = 98.6°F Body Temperature
100°C = 212°F Boiling

Centigrade is far easier to understand and calculate once you get used to it.
