I had another idea so I quickly drew it. I'm hoping in finish this one too!
My high school life is coming to an end, so I'm doing so much these last few days.

hahahaha... It's very rough. It's supposed to be a fire lion jumping over a canyon. >.< I drew it so I wouldn't forget, lol.

Oh... I see. maybe, if you color the picture it will look better? lion will be orange... And canyon will be the same...

I'm planning to fully color the drawing. It's going to be very interesting since I have never painted a realistic landscape before.

Would you color it in photoshop? Maybe, if you make the lion bigger, it will seem better and more understandable?

Hi everyone again! It's been a while since my last post... I've been procrastinating D: So I decided to pick up my, uh, pen thingy and try to copy a picture of a canyon on a random magazine I found. Well, I have no idea what I'm doing... I've been looking at tutorials and stuff but I think advice from other people would be the most helpful. So here it is! I'm doing this so I can [paint?] a canyon for the drawing up there ^

More canyons... This is more like how I want it to look like. Hopefully I'll have this colored and finished soon X)

Hey everyone! I haven't been here in forever.
I moved to university back in August and it was a big adjustment. I've had little free time but I've been drawing as much as I could.
I came back because I'm in a Lion King mood again. hahaha (taking a break from ponies)

I would like to thank everyone that has given me drawing advice thus far and sorry I've not worked on the previous drawings. (Reading the past posts gave me nostalgia). I felt that I needed to start small and gradually work my way up.

All that said and now for the good stuff. I'm working on this with a friend. It's going to be Simba swinging a key blade in midair on top of the highest part of pride rock. I'm drawing Simba and my friend is working on the background. I would like to add shading too. I tried my best on getting it accurate. It's an odd posture since Simba had to jump and spin at the same time. What do you all think? I don't mind redrawing.

I made some more modifications. I'm soooo excited!!! Can't wait to color.

I changed a few more things. I think I'll be moving to the next step soon!
EDIT: now that I look at it, I think I added too much depth to the key blade -_-"

Almost done! I eyeballed the colors... still needs work. XP Going to shade soon. happy face.
