Hm...read in the newspaper today morning, over 300 dead people because of the cold in the Ukraine, in an other country and a few in Bulgaria.

Why so much people die of dead? In Austria no one dies, what we make different?

Meybe in the East there are many homeless people, and -20 is a temperature when if You stay outside for longer than few hours without any food = any energy, the organism cannot live much longer. Yes, it is very sad. I think that in such coutries like Austria or Germany there are less homeless people, more money to help them? In Poland the situation is not very good also, I think. (And this is everything because of politic situation. We were occupated by Russian people even 20 years ago! Such countries as Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria are having demcration no longer than 20 years. This must take a time to learn it!)

I can't say...we have few percentage of workless people, but we have the european social market, we have social duties...
