I live in a land that uses the Euro

We speak it like "Oi-ro", but the "r" not spoken English ("ar"), we speak it really with this "rrrrrr-accent" one may imagines south landisch people to speak it.

Oi-rrrrro ---> Oi-ro.

Oh, you RRRRRRRRrrrrroll you tongue???
We Russians (and former Soviet Union peeps) all roll our "R"'s

Yeah, we all say "R". But Americans like Sonic God say "Are".
And it has to be "R" when saying "Oi-ro"

And "Oi" is spoken like the voice, example:
"Oi! Your tongue's hanging out, Borah."

"Thou art" is archaic and obsolete now. It is the equivalent of the German "Du Bist," but can also refer to a group of individuals in the third person.

A European R (Spoken in Germanic and Scandinavian languages) is said in the back of the throat, as opposed to the front of the throat in English, or rolled at the front of the mouth like in Finnish, Spanish, or Japanese.

I've spoken dozens of languages, so all of these R's are not difficult for me.

Well, German spoken in Germany is a bit different than German spoken in Austria, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein. But every time I hear the R, it is said with the back of the throat, from the back of the tongue. English is closer to the front of the throat.

However, English R's sound different between American and British accents.

For example:

Fire: American accent, the R is audible. In the British accent, the R is closer to a "Y" sound, similar to a German "J."

Rapid: American and British R's here are almost the same, but the word is spoken with different vowel sounds.

Proud: American accents make the R audible. In the British accent, it can have three sounds, depending on the region of English in the UK in where the word was learned. The R here can sometimes be rolled in British English, though this is not often done nowadays.

It sounds "so" similiar sometimes that one can`t really see the difference. Hehehe.

That's where accents are developed is where one cannot notice a difference. I can pick up a German instantly just because of the way they pronounce their R's.
