Anoka is going to be seeing about 15" of snow, and around 12" where I work... so my time will be severely limited.

New York and Pennsylvania have seen the worst however, several hundred kilometres to the east of me... over 150 inches of snow. (over 300cm)

Yeah, it's terrible. The weather is so crazy the last two, three years:

I am one of the people who worry that those researchers which told us that it could be too late already in 2020...I worry they could be right. I am really scared, a wonder has to happen so that the industry thinks different completely in 2020...I really fear the day. (Or another day, 2021 or so also, clear, what else)

Imagine: This winter we hear in the middle of europe saw snow TWO TIMES this winter! Only two times! Once in the end of december snow fell, once in the middle of january or something. It's weird! Two times snow in upper Austria only, in a land where snow fell often every winter!

It's really weird...snow should have fallen all winter long.
America sinks in the amounts of snow, Europe has 15 degrees...

I was surprised that we had snow on March 1st.. and probably will have snow today too though

Just twice? Geez... been snowing like crazy since mid-February. We've got now 18 inches on the ground here... and it continues to go up. X_X

In one month, the temperature went from -8°C here to 24°C.

Insane! O_O;;

Virtually all of the snow is gone.

In America, words that normally imply the negative can actually be a positive thing.

Mild: "Break a leg." - This generally means to wish a person good luck.

Intense: "So totally sick!" - Means that something is quite impressive.

Extreme: "That's just wrong, and broken." - Usually referring to a game, it expresses a hidden feature or ability within that game that can heavily sway to odds in one's favour, such as an infinite loop combination.

English. It breaks all of its own rules. A lot.
