My brother brought home a whole stack of CDs someone gave him, and this was among them. Can someone tell me what it is?

In German, the word is Kartenspiel, which looked similar to the CD. But I didn't know it meant card games.

It's hard to identify slavic/cyrillic unlike European-based character systems.
