Фериза keeps sending me messages in Russian, and I have to use a translator... which is kind of annoying. His most recent message is "You on English govorish?" which doesn't make any sense, because "govorish" is not a word. I think I have a translator screw-up there...

It means "Do you speak english?".
Word "govorish" is written on so called "translit" -- case, whaen cyrillic letter are replased by latin ones, but language is still russian. In cyrillic letters it should be "говоришь".

If he had read my posts, he would know that I speak English... not to be rude or anything.

i got a PM from her too.. doesn't make any sense though i understand russian well X))) It seems that she is just spamming people, trying to get acquainted..

Its Possible that they don't speak Russian and are using an internet translator or something, I guess it would explain why some of their posts dont make much sense...but then why would their name be in Russian? Hey lol, what do I know?!

The theory makes sense though. But most Russians I know can at least say "Hello." I guess that she didn't figure out that my profile was from the USA? O_o

I get Russian spam, too. (And from other countries as well.) Because of constant immigrants finding their way into the USA, more and more multi-language spam is finding its way to my inbox. As far as I know, the USA still uses English as its primary language. :/
